Chances are, our first conversation will start with a question like “What is going well, and what isn’t going so well?” I ask it that way on purpose. When you’re dealing with burnout, overwhelming stress in uncertain times, or finding balance with a chronic condition or a phase-of-life change, it’s easy to only count what’s broken. But you’re more than your hardest week, and naming what’s still working is usually where we find the first real foothold.

My passion is to work collaboratively with my clients to help you LIVE life, not just survive it. I strive to create a safe therapeutic relationship by listening to your concerns, getting to understand you as an individual, and creating a customized treatment plan that propels you toward success. I use a combination of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical-Behavioral Therapy (DBT), solution-focused therapy, and narrative-based therapies, to help you build insight, become aware of your inner strengths, and find ways of coping that are practical and effective in your life.
